Hairtuoso Academy has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, stalking, or any pattern of conduct intended to intimidate, monitor, or identify the Hairtuoso team beyond what is voluntarily shared through official channels. Hairtuoso Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, any course or product, any paid service (including but not limited to email or written Q&A services), or any communication with us, at any time and without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise abusive, inappropriate, or harmful. Where access is terminated for a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any unused or remaining portion of a paid product or service.
Courses, the book, and other paid products or services are described on their respective pages at the time of purchase, including price and what is included. Access to digital products (such as the book or course materials) is for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Written Q&A and similar paid support services are limited to the scope described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase (for example, a set number of questions or a defined response window), and do not include live calls unless explicitly stated otherwise.
